The Monroe County Historical Association will hold a free presentation open to the public, by photographer, author and former history teacher Bill Lowenburg titled “Every Picture Tells a Story: Historical Photographs from Monroe County” as part of the Association’s Third Thursday Lecture Series. The program will be on Thursday, June 21, at 7 p.m. at the Stroud Mansion, 900 Main St. in Stroudsburg.

The talk will feature a selection of photographs from the Monroe County Historical Association’s collection. Several old cameras will also be presented and compared to modern digital cameras.
