Pair of locals complete basic training in Texas

Air Force Airman Eric M. Rodriguez graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Rodriguez is a 2009 graduate of East Stroudsburg High School North, Bushkill. He is the son of Raymond Rodriguez of Tom X Road, East Stroudsburg.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Jonathan Gopaul
Air Force Airman Jonathan H. Gopaul graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Gopaul is a 2008 graduate of Stroudsburg High School. He is the son of Beygum Gopaul of Penn Estate Drive, East Stroudsburg, and Jerry Gopaul of Van Wyck Expressway, Queens, N.Y.
